Profile Description

I have been in the BPO industry for almost 5 years now.. I have worked for both TELCO accounts and TECHNICAL accounts as well. I have worked in Sales, Billing, Retention, Resolution, Finance and Management as well as Accounting. I have also previously worked as a company Virtual Assistant, an Appointment Setter and Data Entry Clerk home based. I have also written a few articles online as a ghost writer, I usually am provided a topic and I build an article around that topic at the same time provide links to products which my topic mainly points to.
I am a hard working person and have a reputation for being a 'goal-getter'. If you set a goal for me, more likely I will either hit that goal or even go beyond that.
