These are my duties and responsibilities during my previous employment.
- Maintain
and updates the contact list of all clients.
- Organized
files and records confidentially.
- Updates
bank statement/passbook balances daily for all depository banks.
- Decides agreement of transactions
accordingly with proper coordination of the client.
- Making
daily sales report and submitted to the manager.
- Encoding the daily sales report.
- Prepare
payroll.
- Constant report of sales and
transactions to the Manager.
- Encode to Quickbooks of accounts receivables and payables.
- Contact clients by phone and
to follow up and confirm collection and schedules the pick-up of the check.
- Receiving payment and Issued OR to clients.
- Send statements of account to
clients with overdue invoices.
- Do some errands as assign by the
manager.
