Profile Description

I have 6 years experience in customer service and 2 years of which as a team leader.

I have experience in almost all LOBs in customer service, cs enquiry, sales, chat support and email support, retention and billing department.

I have experience in customer solutions where we handle customer complaint in a timely manner.

I have good communication skills backed by my certificate from my former employer as a customer service representative specifically an account specialist assigned in sales, billing, technical support and retention department. Held as one of the top agents for high customer satisfaction rate. 

Have worked under pressure with minimal assistance, have sense of urgency and able to multitask following the average handling time we need for each customer. 

I am very much willing to be trained and also a fast learner. 

I have this behavior of wanting to complete and able to resolve issues as soon as I can to provide an excellent customer service experience.
