My 17 years of work experience have provided me opportunities to perform various cleUpgrade to see actual infol and virtual tasks which helped me develop my interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, quick thinking and being keen to details.  I am proficient with MS Office and have an extensive experience in providing administrative support, email management, data entry/encoding, writing correspondences and other business documents needed to ensure continuity of operations.  I have provided off-shore support by processing customer requests, returns, refunds and responding to customer concerns/inquiries through chat and email.  My desire to consistently provide clients with a great experience by going the extra mile, and making sure that they are satisfied, have gained me and my team the "Top Team Award".
