Profile Description

Project Administration
-Take meeting notes from a conference call and generally documenting meeting outputs (e.g., of customer pain points or improvement opportunities)
-Maintain project plan(s), including activities, deliverable, responsible persons, and deadline dates
-Obtain updates on project progress from project teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
-Help identify project opportunities and issues (e.g., delays, resources gaps) and escalate them to the Project Lead
-Consolidate Project status into a project status update
-Distribute project status update to stakeholders
-Help develop project communications (e.g., an update email to be sent to employees)
Logistics
-Booking meetings
-Setting up interviews
Analysis
-Review documentation from previous projects on topics related to customer experience improvement
-Extract and summarize relevant information from previous project documentation
-Review, analyze, and summarize qualitative and quantitative information
-Help define solutions
based on team discussion
-Document project outputs (e.g., project plan(s), current state assessment, future state design, business case and implementation plan) in PowerPoint presentation
Reporting
-Obtain updates on key metrics from a variety of sources
-Update project performance dashboard
-Distribute dashboard to key stakeholders
