I have 5 Years working online as a Take-off Estimator. These refers to Stone/Tile Estimator, Roofing Estimator, Estimating Coordinator, Signage/Metal Estimator. Tools I mainly use for these are Excel, Bluebeam, Pdf Editor. I am very well adept in reading Floor Plan/Construction Plans.
I also specialized in creating 3D/2D Tiny Home Projects or Container House Projects. I make Exterior and Interior 3D Rendering and walkthrough videos. Softwares I use are as follows: Enscape (for 3D walkthrough and Render), Sketchup (for colored 2D Plans and 3D), Photoshop, Illustrator, Asana, Zoho Crm.
