Profile Description

I am very fluent in English and have a lot of experience dealing with American and Australian customers/clients.  I have 5 years of Call Center experience under Convergys Philippines Cebu. I functioned as a SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT and SEASONAL TEAM LEADER/TRAINER under the Upgrade to see actual info account. I then later worked as technical support for TIME WARNER CABLE in the same company. I taught English as Second Language for 1 year. I have worked as a VA/Customer Service Expert since then. As a VA, I worked for a real estate company for a while then later on moved to be a VA/Customer Service Expert for an Australian Mattress Company. I worked for that company for 3 years. I spent 14 months in Mesa Arizona USA teaching the locals on a voluntary mission using English as Primary language and Spanish as secondary language. I have a degree in Business Management and had an internship experience as reports analyst and data processing. I want a long-term stable job where I can help grow and stabilize a business. I work well without or very minimal supervision. I love learning and have an energetic and positive vibe at work.
