Profile Description

I have been in the BPO industry for more than 5 years and have supported different lines of businesses. As an account specialist, I sell the value of the customer's subscription to make sure that they appreciate what they have and what they pay for. I don't have much experience in excel since I worked as a full-time inbound customer service and technical support for the past 5 yrs. I am very open for anything that will help my employer grow their business. Most importantly, I am a curious being that would do what it takes to learn things that I need to. 

Currently I am working as a customer service representative in a BPO company which supports Dental Insurance verification and claims processing. This job has given me so far all the things that I need to know about Dental Insurances.
