I can do encoding, bookkeeping, file keeping, report presentations and even transcription.
I used to do the minutes of the meeting when I was at the Planning
Branch of a government agency.
I am adept in using Windows applications such as MS excel, Word, Powerpoint, Dynamics and a little bit about Publisher.
Aside from office assistance (as I have been employed in a government office for 4 years and 5 years in my current work--Christian NGO), I can also prepare a travel itinerary as I love to travel with my family.
I can arrange flights, hotel and even activity bookings.
I also love to counsel once in a while and do some coaching and teaching as I used to teach children in Sunday school.listening, encoding, bookkeeping, file management, report preparations, counseling. I am dependable and self-directed.
