OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
-Identify areas for improvement and create solutions to optimize operations and workflow
- Ensure all systems are streamlined and working together
- Writing, maintaining, and overseeing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
COURSE & LAUNCH MANAGEMENT
-Brainstorming and braindumping of ideas
-Pre-launch planning and build-out of tasks and assets needed
-Monitor the launch and pivot when needed
-Post launch data gathering and briefing to discuss which ideas worked and which didn't
Systems and SOPs
-Audit current systems and identify which areas to improve
-Involve teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to learn how processes are made
-Create and update SOPs as needed
