I have more than 5 years of property management experience. As a property manager, I advertise vacant properties, screen out applicants, create leases, dispatch vendors for maintenance requests, and process move-outs. I am knowledgeable of property management softwares such as Appfolio and Buildium.

I am also an experienced transcriber. I have transcribed interviews, podcasts, meetings, videos, and emails. I also have 8 years of experience in the call center industry and I am well adept in providing good customer service. I was a consumer phone banker for Washington Mutual and a fraud analyst for Chase Credit Card. I have a good grasp of the English language both oral and written.

My skills, experiences, and work ethic will definitely be of good use in accomplishing the job offered.
