 I had an experience as a Customer Service Representative with a Data Entry / Online Application account in a BPO Company in the Philippines. Awarded as Top Performing Agent and Most Punctual for having no absences in my 1 year and 2 months stay. As of the Upgrade to see actual infont I am working as a Chat Support Associate here in the Philippines and my job is to connect people with their situation to the correct lawyer. I am keen to details, hard working and versatile in any given task, and as a reward I was recently awarded as Quality Assurance Warrior. As a freelancer, I also worked as an Email Customer Support in an online dropshipping retail store using Shopify. I believe that everyday is a learning process and I think that makes me special among other applicants. I am not afraid to fail and make mistakes because what matters most is how I learn from it. With proven career track record, I am confident that with my strategic resources will contribute the team and the business.
