Licensed Electrical Engineer
I am Licensed Electrical Engineer from the Philippines. I used to work as a Complex Engineer assigned to one of the properties of Ayala, one of the biggest real estate developers here in my country.
I was assigned to one of their biggest properties in the Philippines which runs 24/7 as most tenants are BPOs.
I have also worked as a Banquets and Events Executive for Treston International College under its mother company TRACE Group of Companies. I also have worked for 5 years now in the corporate setting and have been a consistent performer on the duties assigned to me. Within a year, I have been promoted and transferred by the owner as the Operations Head for his venture on airconditioning on his construction company Oikodomeo Construction Corporation. Working with this company for four years of operation I have handled construction projects that vary from a few hundred thousand to multi-million peso accounts.
I was part of a start-up team of four and two construction projects for airconditioning were immediately awarded to us. Hence, I have a mix of experience for the past years. To sum up, my skills include:
• Administration - purchasing, attendance recording, calendar management, billing and collection, requisition of materials, recommendation for payment and invoicing, issuance of memos, monitoring of site expenses
