I am an accomplished call center trainer with three years of experience training people with giving quality customer service to American customers. I was the youngest trainer that got hired into my account for a telecommunications company in the US for Convergys Philippines. Our main role is to give quality customer service to American Customers and I am glad to say that in my tenure in the BPO Call Center Industry, I haven't had any dissatisfaction rating from my colleagues, supervisors, and customers. I always aim to improve on the tasks that were given to me and always try to find the most efficient but easiest way to solve a given situation. After leaving my present company in search of professional growth I can confidently develop a training program for a government-funded training facility which continues to be used up to this day.
My IT diploma didn't hurt one bit because it helped me a lot when it comes to understanding complicated and new systems easily. Currently, I am a Project Development Officer for the newly created Department of ICT of my country which helps the underserved and unserved communities from the rural and countryside reach their full ICT potential. I'm someone who loves to be challenged with new learnings and I believed that in life we don't stop doing it. I am conversational in the English and have basic knowledge when it comes to understanding the Spanish language. I am a trend-setter which exemplifies my good leadership skills because I can help motivate people that I work with.
