Profile Description

I started working while I was still in college. I worked part-time in the food service industry while also attending my last year of college. After that, I worked for three years in one of the most well-known business process outsourcing companies in the country. At that time, it was still under the management of Convergys Philippines until such time that it was acquired by Concentrix Philippines and I became one of its tenured legacy employees.
I worked as a customer service and sales representative handling bill inquiries, technical assistance and sales. My strong grasp of written and verbal English is evidenced by working with a US-based customer demographic and being a published writer. I pursued and finished my Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. During my years of study, I was trained in Photoshop, graphic design, and video editing. I have also worked for Teletech as a Customer Service Representative handling outbound calls, email support, and chat support using Salesforce CRM. I am always open to learning.
