I worked in a Cloud-based Software Solution company as a Customer Success Specialist for 1 year. I am experienced in processing Invoices, Contracts, and Insurance. Also, I worked for more than 3 years in the eBay and Amazon Dropshipping Industry as a Product Lister, Product Researcher/Sourcer, Title Optimizer, Order Processor, and email support. I am an All-around eBay VA (eBay Germany, US, AU, and Uk). I know how to use Zik Analytics, Dropship Beast, Priceyak, Title Builder, Web Seller Guro, DS Titan, Jungle Search, AutoDS Tool, SKU Grid / Fetch, and Profitspy (Professional Arbitrage), Spot N Paste. I also do customer service both voice and non-voice, handling returns, disputes, and open cases.
4 months as a typist, mastered in MS Word, also in MS Excel.  I know how to use Adobe Photoshop but am not totally an expert on it. I got a Certificate of Completion in Adobe Photoshop & Basic Animation Training when I was in college. I am eager to learn and willing to be trained. I am a positive person. I can finish the given task on time. I am open to any advice or suggestion. I am a competent person and I devote my service to which job I am in.
