While in my full-time experience, I was an Account Manager at Techbridge Market a Singapore HR-based company in my last Organization. I am handling multiple clients and Technical Recruiters, working on different RPO positions as well as handling different clients in countries such as Singapore, India, Australia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Philippines, and Saudi Arabia. And at the same time, I am responsible for Account and Client Management and simultaneously involved in the end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions. I do presentations for the client regarding the services we offered.
I've been working Human Resources Management Field for more than 10 years now in which I was able to support management-level staff and perform various tasks related such as end-to-end recruitment (Executive Search, Technica, and non-technical), employee record-keeping, organizational development, and administration. I often handle sensitive employee and company information, which requires high professionalism and confidentiality. I have excellent knowledge when it comes to Policy implementation and the Code of Conduct of the Company. I have good experience in managing cross-function teams in my current work.
My edge over other applicants is my competencies and skills relevant to this job are my extensive experience in the different facets of the Human Resources Field. I can independently work and can quickly adapt to changes and Im used to work in a fast-paced or hyper-growth environment.
