I have worked in one of the biggest BPO company here in Pampanga for about 9 years as a Customer Service Rep and a Teamleader.
I have handled teams wherein I did call monitorings,
maintaining sales goals and quality assurance,
sales reports,
and administrative tasks such as attendance,
recording and reporting individual and team's performance.
Not only my communications skills was improved but also my ability to work under pressure that is why I believe I can execute favorable results as what our clients expect.
I am a fast learner,
flexible and can work with minimal supervision.
I am knowledgeable in Microsoft programs such as MS Word and Excek,
a little bit of Powerpoint.
I am willing to be trained for further enhancement.
I want a stable job where I can be an asset to your company.
