-  Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, regularly.

- Assist in preparing project proposals, contracts, and other documentation as needed.

- Proficiently utilize project management tools such as Smartsheet, Trello, QuickBooks, Asana, Airtable, Google Suite, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Email Management, Email design, and creating funnel on ActiveCampaign and MailChimp

----- EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION:
- Five years of experience in international customer service, ensuring clear and effective communication in English, both written and verbal.
