Collectively, I've worked as an Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant for 19+ years in the UAE (15 years) and in the Philippines (4 years). 9+ years of work experience in the Oil industry with a highly secured and demanding work environment. Also has a vast experience in Customer Support (by email and phone) during my tenure as the Executive Assistant to the Sales Manager. I was able to deal with different kinds of personalities and different nationalities.
Well-versed in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook) and excellent typing speed (50 - 60 WPM).
Have developed exceptional communication and self-correspondence skills and can work under pressure.
Recently, I've been doing online transcription/proofreading jobs part-time.
I'm honest, very patient, organize, self-motivated and adaptable with the ability to learn quickly.
Acquired an Advance Certificate for Executive Personal Assistant (ACEPA). Trainings attended - "Effective Oral Communication" and "Exceptional Customer Service".
Below are the specific administrative works I've done:
• Helps in monitoring, supervising the day-to-day activities and responsibilities that are referred to my superior.
• Carries out high level secretarial and administrative activities such as drafting letters, memoranda, hand-over notes, fax transmission, E-mail messages Upgrade to see actual infoom brief notes or oral instructions.
Types and proofreads a variety of materials including reports, statements, tabulations, etc.
• Dispatches outgoing mail and maintains records of documents which requires the Job Officer’s response and follow-up necessary actions.

Ensures direct delivery of confidential material/mail.
• Receives and relays messages, and answers routine queries.
• Prioritized tasks and supervised a team of eight Office Administrators to support 9 Departments in the Division.
• Arranges appointments, receives and guides visitors on the scheduled meeting.
• Makes arrangement for Conference Meetings including preparation of visual aids, refreshment, etc.
• Arranges/connects meetings via Video Conference with offshore/onshore sites and with other companies.
• Uses other PC Applications to produce slide sheets, list, graphs etc.
• Raises requests for stationary/supplies and distributes to Division’s personnel as required.
• Receives, files and maintains all records (Incoming and Outgoing letter and faxes).
• Arrange flight bookings and Hotel reservations for Overseas business trip.
• Observes and applies strict level of confidentiality and discretion regarding company matters.
• Receives and dispatch daily mails and couriers.
• Perform other duties and errands that may be assigned from time to time.
