Involved in full cycle recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, interviewing, and screening, qualifying and negotiating rates. We work closely with managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements (description, salary, expectations, etc.). As a Recruiter:
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies.
• Sourcing potential candidates using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and building candidate pipeline.
• Connecting qualified candidates with hiring managers.
• Maintaining contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
• Extensively interviewing each potential candidate prior to submitting to any of our clients.
As an Account Manager:
• Managing, motivating, and training a team (usually 2-3) of recruiters and hourly staff.
• Supporting clients with ongoing presence and communication.
• Providing feedback and development plans for staff to support their success.
• Track and Maintain performance for effectiveness of recruiting team via established KPIs
• Create, review and device action plans for continuous improvement of recruiting activities.
