Profile Description

I have been working in customer support for over 3 years now, handling chat, email, and phone concerns for both inbound and outbound accounts. Most of my experience comes from TaskUs Bohol under the Uber campaign, where I started as a Customer Service Representative and eventually became a Subject Matter Expert. In that role I dealt with driver account issues, payment concerns, and escalations while also helping the team maintain quality and improve processes.

I have also worked as a Virtual Assistant and Appointment Setter for remote companies, where I handled scheduling, admin tasks, email management, and lead generation through cold calling.
When it comes to tools, I am comfortable using Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Bliss, C360 Ticketing System, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office. I pick up new systems quickly and I always make sure my responses are accurate and on time.

I am looking for a full-time role where I can genuinely contribute and grow. I am dependable, easy to communicate with, and I take my work seriously.
