I am a dedicated person when it comes to fulfilling my job.
Reliable, hardworking, efficient individual who has 6 years experience working in the BPO Industry.

I worked as a Telemarketer/Sales Representative during my first employment. 
I got acknowledged and recognized by my superiors for being a productive agent as I was consistent being one of the top performers on our account though it was a hard selling one.

On my second employment, I was an Appointment Setter.
I was also one of the top performers on our account and was personally acknowledged and congratulated by the company's CEO when I became the top performing agent.

I also did a home-based job as a Telemarketer, Appointment Setter, Virtual Assistant, and Customer Service Representative for more than 2 years.

With the 3rd BPO company I have worked, I have handled different accounts:

- I was an Appointment Setter thrice for 3 different Solar Companies. 2 were Australian Solar Companies and 1 was a Solar Company based in California.

- A Cold Caller/Appointment Setter for a Real Estate Company based in Arizona.

- Appointment Setter for a research platform for focusing on the futures industry and interactive website for commodity traders.

- I was also a Customer Service Representative for a Social Security Attorney, a specialized advocacy firm helping individuals obtain disability benefits.

- And a Customer Service Representative/Customer Relations Officer for Lexus, Toyota, Suzuki and Hino vehicles. I was handling Inbound Calls and was also a Live Chat Support agent. I also did some Outbound calls for Post Service Follow Up and Service Reminder calls.

I also did 2 part time Real Estate jobs:
- I was a Real Estate Appointment Setter/Cold Caller for a Real Estate company in Oklahoma City.
- I also worked for a Realtor and I was a Real Estate Appointment Setter/Cold Caller calling FSBO's or For Sale By Owner properties looking for homeowners who were willing to work with an agent.

I am hoping to find a client whom I will have a good working relationship with. 
I will do my very best to be an effective and efficient employee.
I am more than willing to learn everything about the business of my future employer (through guidance and proper training or even figure things out on my own whenever possible) for me to deliver satisfaction through my efforts.
