Profile Description

I've been in the BPO industry for more than 8 years: 3 years as a Customer Service and Sales Representative and got promoted to Senior Associate Support or Subject Matter Expert, more than a year as a Content Moderator for a Social Media Platform, a year as a Quality Assurance Analyst for a flower gift shop customer service account, the Head of Quality Assurance and Training Development for Virtual Assistants working on a Medical Billing and Insurance account, and a Social Media Manager of a few OnlyFans Models.

I am also a Content Creator(Youtube and Tiktok) and have advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and intermediate knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.

I am a fast learner and can be trained in no time. I am patient and can work with less supervision.

In this pandemic crisis, I want to find a stable job where I can work at home and challenge myself to still be efficient and productive despite not being in the office. I want to share my skills and knowledge for the growth of myself and the company.
