As a local SEO Specialist with broad experience. I’ve worked virtually with many local businesses in which my experience was molded. What I usually do are the following:

1. Local Keyword Strategy - finding general keywords like “roofing” and add “city” to become “roofing city” (in Ahrefs or SEMrush)

2. On-page SEO - Add the keywords and create the content. Then, I optimize the URL, title, meta description, headers, subheaders, image alt text, and even the Upgrade to see actual infoernal linking (link to our service page, link to our home page, ) and external linking (link to our GBP),

3. Technical SEO - adding dynamic schema (works so well), fixing errors, warnings, and notices (in SEMush), sitemap, and indexing the pages (instant indexing by rank math).

4. Local SEO - Adding features like (office time schedule, zip codes, and business address), Geotag photos with (geo coordinates, author, description, comments, 5-star rating, city, state, and country), Google map directions from (nearest government office, parks, establishments, landmarks) to our business address and google reviews.

5. Do off-page SEO like SEO Avalanche for a newly built website and Link Circle for local business networks.

I always double-check my work every time I submit on to the deadline. I have ranked so many websites during my past 6+ years and I am confident that I can deliver results in 2 to 3 months.
