I am a Sales and Telemarketing Rockstar with strong experiences and skills. i have been doing outbound and inbound calls since 2009 until 2016. I worked for EXPEDIA as a customer service and my role is to book a flight, hotel and car reservations, But most of the accounts that I handled are sales both outbound and inbound specially in Telecommunication Company.
I started freelancing since 2017 doing B2b calls as an appointment setter. I dUpgrade to see actual info to leave the company to take care of my youngest daughter who is only a year old and she was admitted in the hospital due to pneumonia so i dUpgrade to see actual info to look after her first . I came back and started freelancing in 2018, i worked as a cold caller in a credit repair company until April 2020. Doing sales is really my passion.
I worked in a credit repair industry as a client relations/customer responsible and for catering the needs of the clients and escalating them to a higher tier if necessary. I am an expert in explaining the Credit Analysis Report. I handle multiple levels of concern for clients and provide a quick, effective and efficient resolution in line with the goal and policy of the company I am working with.
I have my best foot forward because I can do Credit Analysis with Clients and provide comprehensive and excellent experience customer service to our clients as I oversee my staff that will result in a smooth transaction and client-driven results. I am a very keen person giving attention to small details in every step along the way of the repair. I am a flexible person and willing to learn more for the benefit and growth of the company.
I am familiar in using Asana, Salesfroce, Google Docs, Google Form,Google Sheet and MS Office. I am also familiar in using Skype, Ring Central, Call Tools and Cisco. I am knowledgeable of the steps on how to assist clients to get them through the Credit Repair Program. I can do prospecting, gathering login details of the Credit Monitoring Service (IdentityIQ, Identity Club, Privacy Guard and Smart Credit), giving credit analysis to clients, pricing and closing a sale.
Speaking over the phone and closing a sale is my passion.I treat every call is the last call and that will be a do or die for me so i need to exert a lot of efforts for me to close the sale and move them in to a client onboard.
