Profile Description

I've worked part-time before for market research. I took care of the survey and information gathering that the company based in Singapore used. I also worked for 2 years with Convergys as an AT&T customer representative, help customers with billing issues basic troubleshooting for phone and iPad/tablet, offer the right plan for the consumer, fix network issue, route customers in the right department that might help them and offer and sale plans, gadgets and other perks. Currently, I am working with AIG direct life insurance as a sales contact specialist, wherein we call outbound to follow up on a prospective client's request for a life insurance quote. I also write essays, speeches, and journals in my free time. 

I've been in the Homebase Online Industry since October of 2017. OZ City Cleaners based in AU was my first client. I worked as a Customer Service Representative and admin assistant as well. We take inbound calls for new bookings and do outbound calls to new leads from the website. I take care of complete customer care services. Lately, I got trained and worked for a Real Estate Agent in Keller Williams and Cameron Reality. Transaction Coordination and ISA appointment setting is my league. I am calling Probate leads, FSBO, and expired for them and also manage the transaction coordination for Keller Williams Agent, where we use Dotloop. Sometimes part of the task is SMA ( Social Media Marketing Assistant). Posting pictures and making sure to touch-base and reply to comments and questions on their social media site.

I've also worked with Cameron Realty agents who do probate Upgrade to see actual info is for a cash offer campaign to homeowners within MA. Trained to used different CRM's such as home actions Follow up Boss, Boldleads and proficient with MOJO dialing. 

I also serviced an Appraisal company, doing back-end processing and document requests for deeds and property Upgrade to see actual info is included in the task to communicate with Agents as needed. Filling documents and keeping them organized for the inspection and adding the information to Titan ala mode.

I did support a Forex Trading Coach with various tasks like transcribing and captioning videos for a podcast and youtube channel, managing social media platforms daily, working with WordPress task as requested, manage CRM as infusionsoft for email campaign drips, and monitoring payments.

Lastly, I have experienced supporting a Virtual Boutique, that caters to personal shopping. IG engagement, CRM monitoring and organizing, scheduling calendar meetings and email scale email campaigns that are sent throughout the team, sending scale mails as scheduled, proofreading blog posts for the monthly newsletters, and engaging with clients via email is part of my day to day task.

Currently, in 4 years at my current company Desk Assist Worldwide, I perform the recruitment process and HR Upgrade to see actual infoom making ads and posting them on Social Media, filtering applicant resumes, sending email blasts, and performing skype interviews from the initial to the final interview. I'm also responsible for sending Disciplinary Action emails or Termination upon deliberation with the CEO.
