Being consistent as one of the Top Customer Service agents of my team, during my 8 years experience in several BPO companies by gaining positive after call surveys from customers that help my team to be always on overall top rank. I know I can be a good addition to any company that caters to Customer satisfaction and Sales.
Currently, I have 2+ years of experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant for U.S based Investors, setting qualified lead appointments and admin tasks for my clients. During my first 3 months probationary period by setting qualified appointments within my first week of cold calling, I was able to generate the first 2 closed deals for my team, which sets as the Acquisition Team's first 2 sales for the 2nd quarter.
As a self-starter, I believed that being on the right mindset and focus, together with being well organized and keen to details plus excellent communication skills are the keys to being successful as a Virtual Assistant.
