My professional journey began as a BPO Customer Service representative, eventually leading to a work-from-home arrangement. Over the years, I gained experience managing diverse clients on both short-term and full-time bases, opening doors to opportunities in social media, business, and sales. Despite my limited experience as a VA, I can confidently affirm that I successfully met my client's requirements by prioritizing and efficiently managing their most crucial daily tasks. I utilized Notion to organize and maintain his schedule, providing timely reminders for prioritized tasks throughout the day. I maintained direct communication with him through Zoom, regularly checking in on task progress. Given the nature of his business in bookings and studio room rentals, I also took charge of liaising with photographers interested in scheduling studio rentals for photoshoots. This involved facilitating communication and coordinating appointments to ensure seamless operations in the realm of bookings and studio rentals.
