Ability to work in a fast paced environment where changes to procedures are common. Relevant experience in customer service, telesales, collections, almost any significant role in a call center environment. Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.  Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly, utilizing proper grammar and telephone etiquette and in a respectful and assertive manner.
Ability to multitask by speaking with customers and typing notes simultaneously.Possess decision making ability. Good organizational skills and detailed oriented.Problem Solving Skills. Able to maintain composure with difficult or irate customers. Ability to promote a positive work environment.
