I am a highly-motivated person, I can handle pressure and I am very conscious about deadlines. I am also very good with English in fact I already passed the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) last September, 2010 with a total band score of 8. I can also formulate development plans, monitoring and evaluation tools, write news articles and simple essays. In my two years of experience as a Program Coordinator, I was able to develop training modules, booklets and brochure, the topics, however, were limited to health and nursing. I am proficient with the use of internet, Microsoft Word, excel and power point. Regularly, I facilitate trainings and conduct public education. I am very flexible and can easily adopt to different workplaces. Before I was employed in the University, I used to work as a tutor specializing on English and Mathematics. My bedside nursing skills are also up-to-date since I am very active with out-of-school organizations like Red Cross, Tzu Chi Foundation where medical-surgical mission are frequently being conducted thus providing me venue for the application of my nursing skills.
