Good day to you! 

If you're looking for a sloppy and inefficient employee then you are on the wrong profile! As a Project Manager, it is my bread and butter to keep my job as organized as possible. This includes managing a big team, a lot of project schedules and most important of all, liaising with clients. 

As a team player, I learned to adapt to different employee personalities and how to handle them professionally. That goes to show you won't have any problem with me stirring up drama within your team. I was able to manage and guide different creatives to the successes of their Upgrade to see actual infoom Graphic Designers, Photographers, Copywriters down to the more complex creatives like 3D/2D Artists and Animators which definitely show my experience with Project Management as the outputs for these jobs are widely different and complex. You won't have any problem with micromanaging me since I am definitely experienced with the different types of Project Management tools and processes and that will save you a lot of time with training a less experience candidate. 

Overall , I am an employee, more specifically a Project Manager who sees to it that the projects are being done on schedule, are high quality and clients are satisfied and regularly updated.
