I have been a Virtual Assistant/Appointment Setter for 1 year and 7 months. I have been tasked to take and make calls to book an appointment and to turn an inquiry into an appointment. I have also managed email correspondence between the business and its customers. Ad posting and marketing has also been one of my tasks - from posting ads in several different websites to creating business profiles and managing these business profiles such as Facebook, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and many more. I have also built a comprehensive database for the business that tracks the new customers and the regulars and the daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly business statistics. I have been the team leader in business operations and the trainer for recruits. 

I've had 2 years and 9 months of work experience in the human resource management field. I have rotated from recruitment and selection, training and development, labor relations, and compensation and Upgrade to see actual infoom these experiences, I have developed my administrative skills and people skills. I am adept in MS Word and MS Excel.

I have considerable knowledge of MS Access, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook. As an HR personnel I created systems and databases that facilitated the administrative functions of our department. Such databases and systems were employee database, loan database, leave database, and the like. I am also adept in creating programs and policies. One program that I'm proud of is the Pabahay Program - this entitled employees to a discount for when they purchase a house from the Upgrade to see actual info addition, I have 1 year and 9 months of customer service experience. This developed my communication and conflict resolution skills. As a customer service representative, I have always been in the list of top agents. I believe that I can provide the complete customer service experience.
