Profile Description

I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts major in English at Cor Jesu College in 2019. I was also an Opinion Editor on our School Publication, The Heartbeat before I graduated, and a secretary of our club called Association of Liberal Arts Students (ALAS) so I have basic knowledge with spreadsheets, writing emails, making schedules, and doing timekeeping. I also had a year of experience in customer service in BPO jobs before the pandemic hit, and I believe that I can be a valuable asset to your team. I am honest, reliable, and patient, and I am willing to adjust my working schedule in any given circumstances. I am also a fast learner. I am open to learning new skills and am good at conversing in the English language.
