It has become appallingly obvious that our technology has exceeded our humanity.
This is why in running our businesses nowadays, it is a must that we are familiar or if possible knowledgeable with the advancement of our technology.
This is where I come in! I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology majoring in Computer Programming. I have been working as a Technical Support representative for almost 4 years now. I was able to work with Australia's number 1 ISP and now I am currently working in the top web hosting company in Australia as a technical support person who assists in fixing websites (like WordPress, Joomla, Website Builder, etc.), email problems and answering client's query about everything that has to do with our advancing technology nowadays. And in addition to that, I am currently working now as a Social Media Specialist on the same company.
In my work experience, I also learned to better my connection with other people and it expanded my ability to understand their needs more and to be sensitive with what they really require.
And I have become goal oriented as well when it comes to deadlines and the quality of my work.
