Profile Description

I was a Customer Service Representative for over a year in an American Telecommunications Company dealing with clients from all over the United States.  I was also a Virtual Assistant/Data Entry Specialist for 3 years in an E-Commerce company, doing Data Entry, fulfill orders on Amazon, updates the tracking information to the customer's, created daily report of sales and returns, and accurately enters data to google spreadsheet. I am confident that I will make great contributions to your company. I have demonstrated the ability to effectively handle situations or inquiries while working within policy, procedures, and standard processes. You will find I am detail-oriented and able to analyze, prioritize and resolve client requests or issues quickly and effectively. I possess excellent communication skills both oral and written. I have remarkable interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. I work well in all the Microsoft Office suite applications. Furthermore, I learn new applications quickly and efficiently.
