As a personal or classroom based teacher, I taught students ages ranging from four to thirty-two years old. Though most of my students were in college or already professionals, I was given very young students due to my Bachelors degree in Psychology. I mostly teach beginners because I am very patient. My teaching scopes are basic grammar, reading comprehension, speaking and listening. I handled single student set-up and group classes.
In regards to Online Teaching, I was given intermediate level students and some in advanced level. My students were from middle school to university students. I taught reading and listening comprehension, and speaking.
With my HR Assistant position, I was tasked to do recruitment, placement, and payroll. In recruitment, my responsibilities are to post on labor bulletins and online job sites the job vacancies, screen and interview applicants, give tests for assessment if needed and collects necessary documents. When hired, I am in charge in orienting the new employees, register them into the company’s system and enroll them to government insurance like SSS and PAGIBIG using online registration. With the payroll, I do employees time-sheets, compute the days they worked, see leaves if it should be paid or not. This make me good in using MS Word and Excel. During the employee’s stay in the company, I keep records and update it regularly to see the performance and tenure. I also track the disobedience in company’s rules and deeds that should be rewarded. And when the employee leaves the company, I conduct exit interview, collect all the things that the employee should surrender (e.g. Id’s and uniform) and prepare documents (e.g. List of contributions to SSS and Certificate of Employment).
I am very patient and detail-oriented. I work with passion and can deal with diverse situations. Though I may lack some skills, I am a fast learner and very much willing to be trained if needed.
