I have an experience as Project Manager for 3 years on Website and Mobile Developments using different development methodology such as Waterfall and Agile.
I’ve handled multiple clients in US, Malaysia, Singapore, Middle East and Africa. I also manage a team composed of Creative Designers, Team Lead, Software Engineers, Quality Assurance, and Support.
Part of my responsibilities are: (1) tracking and monitoring project deliverables, (2) reporting the status of all the projects to the Managing Director, (3) communicating to clients with regards to the project progress, issues and any needed
requirements, (4) resource planning wherein I am assigning the Software
Engineers to different projects and track all their tasks, (5) preparing all
the technical and non-technical documents of the project.
I am an organized person, I can handle and manage multiple projects and track
it on a daily basis. I am also a good leader, I know when to and how to take
charge. I'm an effective communicator, I am dealing with clients to understand
their requirements and relay to the team and report to the management. I'm a
detail oriented person, I a
project and impact of each detail. I possess necessary technical skills and
have a knowledge of the programs and areas of the project. I am hard working
and very determined. I am dedicated in everything I do. I enjoy working with
others and able to work unsupervised or with minimal supervision. I am
reliable, I strive to always keep a positive attitude and have the ability to
learn quickly.
