Profile Description

Responsible for assessing the quality of the performance of our associates who deal with our existing and potential customer. Manages three to five skillful teams. Monitors email responses to assess associates demeanor, technical accuracy, customer service performance, and conformity to company policies and procedures. Assists in developing, creating, and implementing quality processes and procedures; as well as making recommendation for enhancements to training materials as needed to enhance the customer’s experience. Creates knowledge-based articles to make it easy for people to find solutions to their problems without having to ask for help.
