I have been a virtual assistant for more than 7 years and am awesome at it.  My goal is to help improve and maintain processes in support of your business. 

I am a Home Concierge at Home Maintenance/Property Management business in Pittsburg, PA. Before that I was a Customer Service Rep for a Property Management company in Ohio. Working as an administrative coordinator, customer service, Social Media manager, and tech/app Subject Matter Expert.
I believe my spoken and written English is fluent enough and that my proficiencies with Word, Excel, and other Microsoft software, as well as photo and video editing software, make me a great fit for your team. I can type with an average of 55 wpm. I also edit videos and photos and have created contents for facebook, LinkedIn and Google Business Page. I have 2 internet service providers with fast connections for backup because the internet is life. Working remotely is important for me to maintain my work-life balance. 

I work because I want to give my family the best chance in life and this motivates me to do my best work, all the time. I worked in sales for BPOs, working with big companies like Dell and Sprint mobile. Acquiring skills and best practices I carried with me to a supervisory position with JP Morgan Chase Bank in Auto-loans.
I was also a transcriber and an editor for financial documents with a McGraw-Hill subsidiary. After that, I dabbled in home-based work for SEO sales and then transitioned on to being a content writer for an Australian-based SEO company.

I am looking to work with amazing people and great possibilities. I work fast and efficiently. I hope I have the qualifications that you need so I can have the chance to prove myself through my work.

I may be a stay-at-home mom/landlady, have 2 kids, and help run my family's business, but I have a great support system that allows me to have the time on my hands to do my job effectively and efficiently.
