Profile Description

I have a master's degree in environmental science and a bachelor's degree in biology with a general biology major. I also obtained two Certificates of Achievement from Harvard Medical School's Online Learning Platform.
Prior to becoming a Subject Matter Expert, I worked as a Technical Support Representative from 2014 to 2016. I was responsible for selling goods to customers in North America and Canada, as well as handling technical issues. I was on the Elite Team, which consisted of agents with a high income and customer satisfaction rate. I advanced from the Elite Team to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). As the supervisor of 20 agents, I was responsible for processing callbacks, providing training, and generating weekly reports. As an SME, I managed a team of 20 agents, processed callbacks, provided training, and wrote weekly reports.

In addition, I've worked as a Virtual Assistant, Shopify and Amazon Store Email Support Representative, and Online Researcher for business owners. I'm an expert in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc). Dropbox, Slack, Upgrade to see actual info, Klaviyo, Proactive campaigns, WPForms, Canva, Zendesk, Tidio, and social media apps are all tools I've used extensively (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and etc.).
I also have a lot of experience with online and lab research, administration, network issues, sales, and quality assurance. I rose to the position of head of the Beta testing program, which conducts research on smart devices and mobile apps by conducting surveys, evaluating data, and writing reports. I can also write excellent research papers.
I am a trustworthy, hardworking, tech-savvy, and quick learner who is willing to work more than 40 hours each week, including weekends. I'm also goal-oriented, and I perform well under pressure, with minimal supervision, and in a fast-paced environment, so sticking to deadlines isn't a problem for me. I'm also capable of multitasking. I am a happy person who enjoys learning new things and is adaptable to change.
