Hello! I am Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info, 30 years old. I am a quick learner, easy to be with and an optimistic person. I studied Business Administration major in Management at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. I have been in the call center industry for almost 10 years, I started my career as a customer service representative and worked my way up and became a Team Leader or a Coach. My major role is to enhance the knowledge of my subordinates by coaching them the right process and enhance their English proficiency.  I had an experience with a sales campaign for one of the cable providers in the United States, though my experience for this campaign is not long enough I am very much willing to learn. I had attended multiple training in the past for proper call handling. I mostly work in the customer service field and I am outfitted in handling difficult customers/clients. As a Team Leader, I also handle escalated or supervisor calls. I also perform admin tasks like documenting my 1 on 1 coaching session with my agents, root cause analysis, effective action planning and creating schedules when necessary.
