I've worked in a real estate company as a skilled Title Abstractor/Examiner and Lead Research Quality Assurance for more than 10 years.
My job roles included: creating a Title plant database and run a complete Title search package. Full search reports included: complete legal descriptions, conveyance info, deed-chaining, encumbrance of records, tax liens, easements, probate, finding eviction list from online court cases, and other real estate matters which includes different types of properties like commercial, residential, vacant land, leasehold, rancho, mobile home parks, and many others.
I am highly knowledgeable as well in advanced map reading and procedure using PLLS, GIS, Google Earth/Maps, Arb, Tract maps, and different types of maps.
Additionally, I am highly experienced in web research and legal support in different industries/companies including real estate, fintech, agriculture, cannabis, laws, sports medicines, civil services, hospitality, software, and many others.
