I was an Accounting staff in a private company, a Customer Service Representative in a BPO Company, a Human Resource Associate in a BPO company, I was a freelance General Admin Virtual Assistant in a UK/US-based company and my most recent job was an eCommerce Virtual Assistant in a US-based company. 

I do have experience using different accounting tools like Peachtree software and Quickbooks online since I worked as an accounting staff for a year and most of my task as an accounting staff is Managing accounting transactions, Reconciling accounts payable and receivable, and recording and categorized expenses and inventories. 

I was a Human Resource Associate in a BPO company and was assigned to the recruitment department.  I also do HR admin tasks particularly payroll and benefits data entry. 

My tasks as a Virtual Assistant were eCommerce, particularly Product Sourcing, Product Listing, Product Fulfillment, and Customer Service. I also have experience in basic SEO tasks mainly uploading products on WordPress and Product Research of keywords.

I am also well trained in Social Media Management tasks and tools like Adobe Photoshop, Filmora, and Canva.

I do have experience with different online tools like Helpdesk, Hubspot, Trello, Zoho, Asana, Upgrade to see actual info, Hubstaff, WordPress, Amazon, Slack, Canva, Shopify, Upgrade to see actual info, Calendly, Gsuite,  and more
