I have been into writing for over 3 years now and did email and chat customer support for over 1 year. My previous job experiences include article writing for different websites that focus on varied niches. I'm also capable of writing "How-To" guides for technology-related topics. One of my previous writing jobs required me to write guides on how to solve problems in Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS devices which contained screenshots that show the actual steps. I wrote mostly for SEO and I always ensure that the articles and blogs that I write are error-free before they are published.

My most recent job experience is on email and chat customer support for online shops that run on Shopify and WooCommerce. I know the ins and outs of navigating within Shopify and WooCommerce shop backend and I can also create different chat and email customer support templates ready for every kind of concern that a customer might have. I also know how to use different online apps for Virtual Assistants such as Trello, Slack, Asana, and others. I can also keep files and other business stuff organized through OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, and other Cloud storage services.

My good work ethic and output-oriented attitude towards work have contributed much in the growth of the businesses and websites I worked for in the past and I am sure I can do the same or even more for my future job with your company. Looking forward to talking with you about one of your job posts!
