I am a Computer Science graduate and had a lot of job experiences for a decade now. I am Currently employed as a Mortgage Loan Processor or a Customer Service Support for Australian Brokers, our respective clients, in one of the most reputable BPO companies here in the Philippines.
Below are my current job responsibilities:
- Assist brokers and loan officers from Australia
- Process home loan applications via CRM, Podium, Salesforce and ApplyOnline.
- Communicate professionally via e-mail/chat/calls with our clients
- Following up with their missing information or supporting docs for us to proceed
further with their applications.
- Keep an organised filing system.
- Any other Ad Hoc tasks as needed/requested.
Interaction with computers has given me a lot of opportunities in the Call Center industry. Most of my job experiences were as a Data Entry Specialist, Customer Service
When it comes to Computer Skills, I am very much knowledgeable with software, such are Microsoft Office Tools(Advanced Word and Excel skills), basic Adobe Photoshop, installation of programs, Web-Research, CRM Software, etc.
My work etiquette never failed me, having time management, multi-tasking, focus and working independently will achieve project completed within stipulated time.
Also, I can converse effectively in English, understanding both sides will make the project perfectly done.
