Profile Description

I've been a professional account executive from a multinational bank with 8+ years of solid experience in Retail Banking, Sales, Compliance and Risk Management. I have a strong experience in account management specifically in dealing with and servicing high end local and foreign clients. Thus, I am also good at professionally handling calls andUpgrade to see actual infos to clients and other stakeholders of the bank. I also have excellent customer service skills, wherein I gained a customer commendation and was given a CEO award for it. I am also well versed in using softwares such as HUB Database, Cisco Dialer, Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office. I also do some social media marketing like doing write ups and blogging for a wedding/engagement photography site. I also use Adobe Photoshop to edit pictures from time to time. Lastly, I do general administrative work as necessary.
I am organized and detail oriented, and can easily adapt to change. I will work self-directed and be open to learning new skills and techniques that may help improve the job and obtain the success of the business.
