Inventory Management- handles the PO, communicates with 3PL, creates Shipments to Amazon, monitors Prices and Competitors through Seller Mobile Tool.

Previous job (another Amazon-based Virtual Assistance for 2 years), enable me to obtain some trainings about Product Listing, Listing Optimization, Sourcing Methods, etc. However, I’m not able to apply them as the company and I have separated ways. Although, I am also tasked to Product Sourcing, Inventory Management and Product Listing.

3 years was spent as an Invoice Data Specialist for 17 IGA Stores based in Australia. We are responsible in tabulating their Invoices and make sure everything is accounted properly. We are trained to used their Inventory and Accounting System that advances my skill to keenly organize data and analytical thinking. 

I have 2 years of experience in Customs Brokerage with clients from US and Canada in an outsourcing company based in Davao City, Philippines. The job deals with Real-time Processing that enhances my skill in typing accuracy, attention to detail and customer service.
