Profile Description

I am a well-experienced Customer and Sales specialist that I have acquired working for BPO companies for the past years. My recent job experience is a Guest experience agent for more than 2 years which includes taking inbound and outbound calls, managing rental property every day including cleaning, maintenance, and customer escalations.
I also gained experience as a Partnerships Manager and Data and Research Manager which is a home-based job for a multinational corporate recruitment company that specializes in Fintech and Financial Services and my tasks were to set appointments for a B2B campaign, generate leads and doing some data and research tasks.
I'll be a valuable team member as I am goal-oriented, has an excellent sales background and great work ethic. I am also flexible with my schedule as I have worked morning and graveyard shifts. I am looking forward to working with you.
