Profile Description

I have 13 years of experience in the BPO industry. I started in 2009 as a customer service Upgrade to see actual info 2013, I became a Quality Analyst for 8 months and was promoted to Quality Lead and then to Quality Supervisor after a year. As Quality Supervisor, I managed a team of about 20 quality analysts. We worked for one of the biggest telecommunications and entertainment companies in U.S., AT&T. I handled quality transaction reports including correlation and regression analysis, trends, comparative reports, etc. I've managed projects geared towards driving performance and checking integrity and/or quality compliance per process level. I worked directly with clients and senior management team which required good written and oral communication skills, initiative, critical thinking, and effective listening skill. I have had training on LEAN thinking and Situational Leadership. I also have a degree in BS - Accountancy and have experienced working as Accounting Assistant Upgrade to see actual info 2019, I was promoted to a managerial role. I worked as Business Intelligence Manager for Expedia, one of the biggest companies in the travel industry. Just this year, I was again promoted to Senior Manager for Training and Quality.
